COMMISSSION:
As with most Forex trading sites, there is no commission to be paid, just a dealing spread – Forex.com is compensated for its services through the bid/ask spread. With this factor and the other benefits provided by the site it makes an ideal place for novices through to experts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
An above average service is offered for communications here, with customer service being available 24 hours, 5 days a week, and the options of phone, online chat, worldwide toll free numbers and a call back service all being offered as well as email – making contact an easy objective with this site.

TRADE TOOLS & SERVICES:
In addition to the advanced Forex trading platform other tools are offered such as charts, research, daily and weekly reports. Other services to benefit from in the site are a learning centre, webinars and online courses for the user to participate in – again emphasizing the user friendly interface for the novice trader, and yet the tools that are required by those with more experience.

WEBSITE & ACCOUNT SECURITY
The security issue is another factor well addressed, with a detailed customer agreement, the use of VeriSign certificates, the non disclosure of personal information and the functioning of other security software and procedures, combining this together giving the client a safe place to carry out their trades.
