COMMISSSION:
Not the best price to be found for trading regardless of the account held - the fees here are $12.95 for T. Rowe personal or personal enhanced services and $19.95 for all other accounts. Telephone executions are also available and attract a commission of $35.00
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
A standard offering for communication is the form of email, or telephone available between 7am until midnight ET, and an F & Q section can be found online. It is an average customer service structure.
TRADE TOOLS & SERVICES:
The site itself is not the most user friendly, but buried in it you can find some benefits, but nothing out of the ordinary, services include research and news, stock screener, company reports, charting, alerts and quotes – in all a satisfactory selection if you have an idea of the companies you are looking at executing your trades with.
WEBSITE & ACCOUNT SECURITY
The security section appears to be thorough with their commitment to the site and clients, with the use of SSL protocol, encryption, transaction limits, and measures to protect personal data and avoid identity theft as well as a variety of tips for the trader to assist in maintaining self security.
